Is the villa on the beach?
No. Oasis Residences is beachside, not beachfront: there is no private beach and no direct beach access, and the sea is under 10 minutes away on foot. What you get instead is a quiet walled lane rather than a beach road.

Quiet. The villas are on a residential gated lane on the beach side of Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai, set further back from the bypass than Google Maps may suggest, so traffic noise is minimal. The plot is fully walled, each villa has one booking at a time, and quiet hours from 22:00 apply to guests as well.

Sanur has no nightlife strip and no surf scene, which is most of the reason people choose it.
What is within walking distance?
Titi's Kitchen is on the street itself, about two minutes on foot, Lava Gastrobar about five and SALA Bistro about eight; warungs, minimarkets and ATMs are a few minutes away. Sanur Beach and the seafront promenade are under 10 minutes away.

Lava Gastrobar is at the bottom of the street, and SALA Bistro, Akari and Massimo on Jl. Danau Tamblingan are eight or nine minutes on foot. Alfamart, Indomaret and Circle K are at the top of the street and along Jl. Danau Poso; the supermarket at Icon Bali is a few minutes by car.
Are there restaurants and cafés within walking distance?
Dozens. Titi's Kitchen & Sports Bar is on the same street, and Lava Gastrobar & Grill, SALA Bistro, Akari Japanese Cuisine, Massimo, Daily Baguette, Warung Blanjong, Pescado, Santorini, Hanoi by MeVui, the Fire Station gastropub and From Here Bali are all an easy walk.

What is there to do near the villa?
Plenty. The beach and its promenade, beach warungs, sunrise boat trips, Icon Bali, the Sindhu night market and the Le Mayeur Museum are all in Sanur.

Within walking distance there is Pura Blanjong, the temple that holds Bali's oldest dated inscription, and a PADI dive centre on Jl. Danau Poso. At Mertasari there is yoga in a beach shala and surf, SUP and kite lessons on the sand. Fast boats to Nusa Penida and Lembongan leave from Sanur Harbour, and Ubud is an easy day trip with a driver.
Can I play tennis or padel, or go to a gym?
Yes. Liga.Tennis & Padel Sanur has covered tennis courts, padel courts and a gym, a short ride by Grab, Gojek or scooter, and CrossFit Sanur on Jl. Danau Tamblingan has classes and an open gym.
How far is Bali International Hospital?
Roughly five minutes by car, depending on traffic. The concierge arranges drivers to and from appointments on request, scheduled ahead if you prefer.
