Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings
These terms apply to accommodation marketed under the Oasis Residences brand through oasisresidencesbali.com.
Reservations, payments and related booking administration are handled through our management and booking partner PT Farsight Villas Management (“FarSight”), or where applicable through another booking platform.
Additional terms shown during the booking process may therefore apply.
A booking is confirmed when the guest receives a booking confirmation and any required payment conditions have been satisfied.
The confirmed accommodation, dates, price and cancellation conditions take precedence over general website information.
2. Accommodation provider

Reservations and payments are handled through FarSight or the applicable booking platform.
Where legally required, the relevant contracting party will be identified in the booking confirmation, invoice or other contractual documentation.
3. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions depend on the rate and booking conditions selected at the time of reservation.
The applicable conditions will be shown during the booking process or in the booking confirmation.
If confirmed accommodation cannot reasonably be provided, we will endeavour where appropriate to offer suitable alternative accommodation.
Where no suitable alternative can be provided or accepted, any refund due will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and Indonesian law.
4. Governmental or administrative restrictions
If a competent authority imposes a binding restriction that makes it unlawful or reasonably impossible to provide confirmed accommodation, the guest will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where possible, comparable alternative accommodation may be offered.
Otherwise, amounts paid for accommodation that cannot be provided will be refunded to the extent required by applicable law and the applicable booking conditions.
5. Guest responsibilities and safety
Guests must use the accommodation responsibly, follow reasonable house and safety rules and promptly report significant safety or maintenance problems.
Swimming pools, wet surfaces, stairs and balconies involve normal risks.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly around swimming pools, stairs and balconies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oasis Residences and the relevant accommodation provider are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from a guest’s own negligence, reckless conduct, misuse, failure to follow reasonable instructions or inadequate supervision.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Indonesian law.
6. Damage and belongings
Guests may be responsible for damage caused intentionally, recklessly or negligently by themselves or members of their party. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings and are encouraged to use any safe provided.
7. Facilities and local conditions
Reasonable efforts are made to keep villa facilities in good working order.
Temporary interruptions to internet, electricity, water, air conditioning or pool equipment may occasionally occur due to maintenance, utility failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Bali has a tropical environment. Insects, geckos, humidity, rainfall, leaves and similar natural conditions may occasionally be present despite reasonable cleaning and maintenance.
8. Third-party services
Transport, tours, restaurants, spas and other external services may be provided by independent businesses.
Unless otherwise stated, those providers are responsible for their own services.
9. Problems during your stay
Guests should report material problems promptly to FarSight or the local management team so there is a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve them.
10. Personal data and applicable law
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Oasis Residences Privacy Policy and, where applicable, FarSight’s own privacy policies.
These Booking Terms are governed by applicable Indonesian law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
