What we do (and don’t do) with your data

Oasis Residences Bali is a small, family-run rental of two villas in Sanur. We collect as little as possible, and nothing about you is sold or shared for advertising.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers, which is why there is no cookie banner. We count visits ourselves on our own server: your IP address is never stored, but is combined with your browser type into an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can count daily visitors without being able to recognise or follow anyone across days.

Your browser does remember a few of your own choices: light or dark, the dates you typed on the booking page and whether you have opened the chat before. That stays in your browser, on your device, and is never sent to us.

When you contact us

The name, e-mail address, phone number and any requests you send us, by e-mail or WhatsApp, are used only to answer you and to arrange your stay. They stay with us as long as needed for the booking and any legal record-keeping, and you can ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you.

When you pay online

Online payments, for one villa or both, happen at the secure checkout of our management and booking partner PT Farsight Villas Management (FarSight), at booking.farsight24.com. Your card details go to their payment processor and never touch this website; FarSight’s own privacy terms apply to that checkout.

The “Ask Oasis” chat

Questions you type into the chat are processed by an AI service to generate the answer. Don’t share medical or other personal details, passport numbers or payment details in the chat.

We keep the questions you ask and the chat’s answers for 60 days, so we can see what guests want to know and improve the answers. They are not linked to your IP address, your device or a booking, and any e-mail address or phone number you type is removed before they are saved. After 60 days they are deleted automatically.

Those are the texts that formally apply; this page describes what this website actually does. The cookie policy sets out what may be used: today no analytics or advertising cookies are set here, which is why you see no cookie banner. For a stay, the conditions confirmed in your booking come first.
