How do I pay?
One villa (up to 6 guests) or both villas (7 to 12 guests): you pick your dates here and pay securely online through booking.farsight24.com, the checkout of FarSight Villa Management. You pay in Indonesian rupiah, with taxes and charges included. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival, and your confirmation e-mail sets out the terms for your booking.

The full price of the stay is paid through the checkout, by card or by bank transfer, and always before check-in: FarSight charges the total price as a prepayment in the 14 days before arrival, and a booking made less than 30 days before arrival is held for 24 hours until it is paid. The checkout and your invoice show the exact payment dates.
No money is ever taken on this website: we show the live availability, and the price and the payment itself happen on FarSight's own secure checkout. We never ask you to transfer money to us.
What does a stay cost?
It depends on your dates: every night has its own rate, and the rate is for the whole villa, not per person, with taxes and charges included and no cleaning fee. Pick your dates on the booking page and you see the exact total at FarSight's checkout before you pay, or ask in the Ask Oasis chat, which can look up the price for your dates.

Rates are highest in the July-August peak and around the year-end holidays, and lowest in the quieter months from roughly September to February. Both villas in one booking are priced as one offer for the pair.
How does booking both villas work?
Choose both villas on the booking page: one booking, one checkout, priced for two villas. The live check confirms both villas are free for every night of your stay before you are taken to the checkout. Both villas are identical and sit side by side behind the same gate: six en-suite bedrooms, two private pools, two kitchens.

Oasis Residences is the brand of the two villas, and it stands for privacy, comfort and thoughtful hospitality. Your booking and payment are handled by FarSight Villa Management, and the Oasis Farsight Team welcomes you at the villa and looks after you during your stay.

What happens after I pay?

What we publish beforehand is the street: the villas stand on Jl. Bet Ngandang II in south Sanur. The house number is not public, and reaches you once the booking is confirmed.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the full price of the stay is charged. Your confirmation e-mail from FarSight sets out the terms for your booking.

A cancellation, a date change or a refund on an existing booking goes to FarSight Villa Management, whose contact details are in that confirmation e-mail. We would rather move your dates than lose you: tell us as early as you can and we will do what the calendar allows.
Is there a cleaning fee?
No. There is no cleaning fee, ever, and the price includes taxes and charges. Daily housekeeping is included in the nightly rate.
Does the price change with the number of guests?
No. The rate is for the whole villa, whether one guest or six, and children do not change it either. There is no per-person and no per-child fee.

What currency do I pay in?
Indonesian rupiah. The booking engine prices and charges in IDR, so that is the exact amount you see at the checkout.

How many guests can stay?
Up to six guests per villa, and twelve across both. With seven or more, you book both villas, and the booking page switches to both for you from the seventh guest.

An infant cot can be added on request. For a party larger than twelve, ask in the Ask Oasis chat on this site rather than the booking page; the owner answers that one personally, and the chat shows you how to reach them.
Is there a minimum stay, for example over Christmas and New Year?
Normally not: a single night is fine. The exception is Christmas and New Year: arrivals between 21 December 2026 and 8 January 2027 need at least five nights, even when both villas are free.

How far ahead can we book?
The booking engine takes bookings up to about a year ahead. For dates further out than that, ask in the Ask Oasis chat on this site; when it cannot answer, it shows you how to reach the owner.
What does the pre-arrival booking code do?
Booked direct? Use your booking code before arrival to let us know your preferred soft drinks, so they can be ready and chilled before you arrive. Other pre-arrival requests can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to availability, when submitted at least 24 hours before arrival. Where an item is chargeable, the price is always confirmed with you before anything is arranged.
